In this data protection information site we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Contact with us

If you contact us via the form on the website or via e-mail, your data will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Data storage

The listed pages have no login, online store, blog or account function. No data is stored.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.

The websites mentioned use cookies only for web analysis (see next paragraph). No other data is collected or stored.

Web-analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service “Google Analytics” from Google LCC (based in Mountain View, California, USA), which uses cookies to analyze the use of the website by your users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there.

You can prevent this by configuring your browser so that no cookies are stored.

We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing.

Your IP address is recorded, but immediately (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits) pseudonymized. Thus only a rough localization is possible.

The relationship with the web analysis provider is based on the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework.

The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

Our concern in the sense of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.

The user data is stored for a period of 26 months.

Newsletter

The mentioned websites do not have a newsletter at the moment.

Your rights

You are basically entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority “Datenschutzbehörde”.
